8 Sets of Wireless Mobile Lifts Now Supporting the Maintenance of Sofia’s Bus Fleet

successfully delivered, commissioned, and provided operator training for a total of eight sets of GATY mobile column lifts across the three operational depots of Stolichen Autotransport EAD. The project includes 48 wireless lifting columns designed to support the maintenance and repair of the bus fleet operated by Bulgaria’s largest public bus transportation company.
Mobility, Flexibility and Efficiency
GATY mobile column lifts are specifically designed to meet the requirements of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance facilities. Thanks to their wireless communication system and battery-powered operation, the columns can be quickly positioned and relocated according to the specific task and workshop layout.
The absence of connecting cables provides greater safety, increased mobility, and the ability to use the equipment anywhere within the service facility. This significantly improves workflow flexibility and operational efficiency when servicing large vehicles.
Proven Performance in Real Operating Conditions
During commissioning and practical training sessions, more than ten buses were successfully lifted and tested, including vehicles weighing approximately 30 tonnes.
The lifting system demonstrated exceptionally smooth, stable, and synchronized lifting and lowering performance. Thanks to its intelligent control system, all columns operate in perfect synchronization, ensuring maximum safety for both the vehicle and maintenance personnel.
Flexible Configuration for Various Service Applications
The system allows operation with a single column as well as in different configurations depending on the type of vehicle and maintenance requirements.
The lifts can operate independently or as a synchronized set, providing maximum flexibility for servicing various buses and heavy-duty vehicles.
Fully Localized English and Bulgarian-Friendly Operating System
A key advantage of the delivered equipment is its intuitive operating system and user-friendly interface, designed to simplify daily operation and reduce training time for workshop personnel.
The system allows operators to control and monitor the lifting process efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Training and Commissioning
Following delivery, GATY specialists conducted comprehensive training and hands-on demonstrations for the technical staff at all three Stolichen Autotransport depots.
The training covered operational procedures, safety protocols, system configuration, and best practices for the efficient use of the mobile column lifts.

The new equipment is intended for the company’s newly built production facility, fully dedicated to the manufacturing of siliconized fiber for pillows and lightweight duvets. With this investment project, “Moni Text 66” Ltd. expands its production capacity and further strengthens its position as a reliable manufacturer in the textile industry.
The project includes the delivery of a modern industrial line designed for the efficient and high-quality production of siliconized fiber, used in the manufacturing of home and hotel textiles. Due to the scale of the equipment, the production line was transported in 7 sea containers, including the main production modules, conveyor systems, control panels, and auxiliary equipment.

GATY Bulgaria opened its first international office in China.
The Bulgarian company for construction, road and industrial equipment GATY Construction has opened its first office in China. According to the owners, the goal is to provide the Bulgarian and European market with high-quality machines on more favorable terms, as well as specialized equipment for specific sites or construction under specific conditions.
The equipment produced under the GATY brand will be certified and put into operation according to all Bulgarian and European standards, the company's management shared.
